"By purchasing a photographic print from Wyles in the Wild, you agree to the following terms."
Print orders
Made to order, shipped worldwide, backed by a quality guarantee.
Every print is produced to order on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper by our production partner, then shipped from the lab nearest your delivery address. Because each print is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns — but we'll replace or refund any print that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Copyright
When you purchase a print, you are buying a physical artwork — not the copyright to the underlying image. Wyles in the Wild and the contributing photographer retain all copyright and reproduction rights. You're free to display the print in your home, gift it, or resell the physical object. You are not licensed to scan, photograph, reproduce, or otherwise create copies of the image.
Commercial licensing
If you'd like to license an image for commercial use — hospitality, retail, editorial, products, or any context beyond a private home — please contact us at hello@rhyswyles.com. Commercial licensing is handled bespoke and is not available through the public storefront.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card information on our servers. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where supported, and in Australian Dollars (AUD) otherwise; your bank handles any currency conversion at the rate that applies on the day of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your print. We ship internationally where our production partner has local fulfillment available. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the lab and carrier serving your address.
Limitation of liability
Aside from the replacement and refund cover described in our Returns & Refunds policy, Wyles in the Wild is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our prints, including damage caused by handling, hanging, framing, or environmental conditions after delivery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in this jurisdiction.
