How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

We took an anticlockwise tour of Iceland’s tourist sites, stopping at Gullfoss along the way. Spring was on the calendar, though the snow covering the gorge and ice clinging to its rock walls suggested it hadn’t quite got the message. The Hvítá drops through the gorge in a series of falls, with turquoise water cutting through all that white. There’s plenty to look at, even before you get to the waterfall itself. I spent a while taking in the layers of snow, ice and dark rock, then made sure to include the river for scale. It’s a busy stop on the Iceland circuit, but there’s enough going on here to keep you looking past the obvious shot.
