How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

I was down Cronulla one morning, catching the sunrise, which is usually a pretty good bet for some interesting light. It was still early, the kind of quiet where you can hear the waves properly, and I spotted what I figured was a dad with his boys heading out for an early surf. The sun was just starting to properly hit the water, giving everything that classic golden hour glow you only really get right at dawn. Always good to see families out there, making the most of the quiet before the beach fills up. You have to wonder if they drew straws for who got to wake up first to catch those waves. A pretty classic Cronulla scene, really, and definitely worth the early alarm.
