Living in Sydney, had been meaning to get some aerials of Coogee for a while, just never quite got around to it. Ended up heading out after work one evening, figuring the light might be interesting. Turns out it was, with the trees already casting those extra long shadows right across the beach, making for a pretty cool contrast against the golden sand and turquoise water. Caught this one looking down over the bustling scene, the last of the afternoon crowd still enjoying the sun. Always a bit of a gamble trying to squeeze in a shoot after a long day, but sometimes you get lucky with the conditions.
