How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

Our Norway trip was a mix of things, but the Lofoten Islands was definitely the road part, all about driving and seeing what popped up. Ended up heading south, as you do, to Hamnoy. It’s one of those well-photographed spots everyone seems to get, so figured we’d try our hand at it too, capturing those classic red rorbuer houses with the dramatic mountains towering over the fjord. Caught this one just as a fishing boat was making its way into the sheltered harbour, which was a nice bit of luck. Helped make it feel a little different from the hundreds of other shots out there. Always good to find that unique angle, even on a classic scene.
