How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

Normally, when I’m aiming for a shot at Bondi Icebergs, I’m hoping for those nice calm waters, maybe even a few people in for a swim. That’s usually the vibe. But that particular day, the ocean had other plans for Sydney. Instead of quiet laps, there were waves absolutely breaking right over the edge of the pool. It wasn’t what I’d set out to capture, but honestly, seeing the water put on that kind of show, it was pretty hard to ignore. You just stand there and feel the sheer scale of it. Sometimes the best shots are the ones that surprise you, when nature decides to do something completely different from what you expected, and you just get to watch it unfold.
