How to frame your print
Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.
Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.
More framing tips → A bit of a lull at the day job meant we finally had a chance to get up to the north east of England, something we’d been meaning to do for ages. We were doing a bit of exploring around Barnard Castle, which eventually led us to High Force. It’s one of those spots you hear about, a proper waterfall, not just a trickle after a bit of rain, and the water really does come down with a bit of grunt over that dolerite rock face. Standing there, you get a real sense of the place, all those layers of rock and the river just carving its way through. Ended up spending a fair bit of time just watching the water, trying to figure out the best angle without getting completely soaked. Managed to get a few frames in, trying to convey that raw power without making it look like a postcard.
