How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

Another road trip, another stop off, this time in Wales at the Elan Valley. I’d heard about the dams, but it was the streams that feed the reservoir lakes that really caught my eye. Walking down into one of the gorges, you find these narrow streams, all rock and green, and this particular spot had a neat little stone arch bridge tucked away, almost hidden by the trees. It’s the kind of place where the light filters down, making everything feel a bit ancient and quiet. I spent a while just watching the water flow over the rocks, trying to get a feel for the place before I even thought about setting up a shot, figuring the mood was as important as the actual view.
