How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

I was on my way to Anglesey Barracks, with a pretty clear idea of what I was looking to shoot, when the views decided to offer up something entirely different. Dolbadarn Castle appeared, standing there silhouetted against a really bright sunset. The light was doing its thing, all hazy and warm, with the surrounding hills and trees making a solid frame for the whole scene. It wasn't the original plan for the evening, but sometimes you just have to take what the landscape gives you. Definitely an unexpected view, but a good one to stumble upon.
