When we lived in Esbjerg, Denmark, the woods around Maerbeck Lake, near Hjerting, were always a good spot for a bit of a wander. One evening, we were out for a stroll, just taking in the quiet, when we stumbled upon this Highland cow. The sun was getting low, giving everything that nice, soft evening light, which always helps make a scene, doesn't it? It was just standing there, perfectly still in the tall grass by the water, looking like it owned the place. Seemed pretty content, and certainly wasn't bothered by us pointing a camera at it. Made for a pretty classic shot, if you ask me.
