How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

Living in Denmark for a couple of years, we often made a point of heading south towards the German border. You find a fair few of those quiet, picturesque coastal towns down there, and Sonderborg is definitely one of them. Turns out it's also the site of a rather famous battle, which is always an interesting bit of context when you're just out for a walk. This particular winter, we were lucky enough to get a proper clear blue sky after a decent snowfall. The whole landscape was just… white. Wandering around the battle site you cannot miss this old windmill, standing out against the sky. It looked exactly how you’d imagine a Danish windmill should look in winter, all crisp and stark.
