How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

We were on a multi-centre family holiday in Croatia, which meant a fair bit of wandering around, especially in places like Hvar. Turns out the real character of these old towns is usually a few streets back from the main harbour, tucked away from the crowds. It was one of those hot Croatian afternoons where the main squares felt a bit much, so we were mostly ducking into the shade wherever we could find it. This little cafe caught my eye, tucked away in a cool, stone-walled alleyway. People were just sitting, taking it easy, doing what you do on holiday. The light was doing its thing too, a real mix of bright sun at the top and deep, inviting shade down below, which always makes for an interesting shot.
