We were in Dubai, chasing down the elusive Flamingo lakes. Turns out, finding those can be a bit of a mission, especially when you're not entirely sure where you're going. Ended up spotting this scene instead, a bit off the beaten path, just as the desert haze was starting to lift. A lone camel, just doing its thing out in the endless dunes, you know, being a camel. But then, right there in the hazy distance, this massive solar power tower just glowing brightly. Talk about a strange sight, ancient desert life right next to something straight out of a sci-fi movie. Found a more direct route home!
