How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

A bit of a downturn at the day job meant we suddenly had some unexpected time on our hands, so we figured, why not make a last-minute dash up to North-East England? Not exactly the tropical escape you might imagine, but sometimes you just go where the wind takes you. While we were exploring the coast up there, we stopped off at St Mary's Lighthouse. It sits on its own little tidal island, and we timed it just right, catching it at low tide with the causeway fully exposed. The sky was doing its usual Northumbrian thing, a proper blanket of clouds, but it actually lent a bit of a dramatic, understated feel to the place. Made for a decent photo, watching the sand and causeway emerge from the water.
