On a multi-centre family holiday through Croatia, you quickly learn that 'holiday' often means 'organised chaos with better scenery'. We were constantly moving, packing, unpacking, and trying to keep track of everyone, which isn't exactly prime time for setting up a tripod. But that’s the thing about these trips, you end up spotting the interesting bits in between the logistics.
