How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

We were on a multi-centre family holiday through Croatia, which meant a fair bit of moving around, but Hvar was one of those spots where you could just slow down a bit. Wandering through the old town, trying to keep track of everyone, I happened to look up. There it was, this plain white, textured chimney stack, just sitting there against a sky so clear and blue it almost looked painted on. It had this neat pointed roof and a little spherical finial, a bit like a tiny, elegant lighthouse on a building. Sometimes you're looking for the big, obvious shots, but then something simple, a bit of everyday architecture, just catches your eye. It wasn't exactly what we came to Hvar for, but it definitely made for a nice photo.
