Another stop off on our Scotland roadtrip brought us to Glencoe, a place that always seems to deliver on the moody atmosphere. We were driving through the valley when the Three Sisters came into view, looming large under a pretty typical cloudy sky. It’s one of those spots you see in photos all the time, but it’s something else to be there, looking up at them. Pulled over to the side of the road, as you do, to get a panoramic shot of the whole lot. The green of the valley and the mist hanging around the peaks really make it, even with the clouds doing their usual thing. Makes you wonder what it looks like on a clear day, but then again, that might just ruin the vibe.
