A tall, multi-tiered waterfall flows down a steep, dark rock face covered in green and yellow autumn trees, emptying into a dark body of water at the bottom under a partly cloudy sky.

How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

Our Norway trip involved a fair bit of time cruising the fjords, and you definitely see your share of waterfalls from the ship. Most of them are pretty elusive, just glimpses disappearing into the clouds or behind a bend, but this one was different. Managed to catch almost the entire drop from top to bottom, which was a nice change from the usual slivers we'd been seeing. The autumn colours were really doing their thing, vibrant against the dark, rugged cliffs, making the powerful white water stand out. Just one of those opportunistic shots you grab as the ship glides past, but a good reminder of how dramatic those fjords can be.
