How to frame your print

Our prints ship unframed in a protective tube on premium 240gsm lustre photo paper — satin finish, archival pigment inks. We recommend a 2.5cm white archival mat, acid-free backing, and UV-filtering glazing.

Your local framer can replicate the look in the wall preview above. Typical frame and matting cost is A$120–A$200 depending on size.

A bit of a downturn at the day job meant we suddenly had some unexpected time on our hands, so we figured why not make a last-minute trip up to North-East England. Ended up spending a bit of time exploring Northumberland, which was a decent change of pace from the usual grind. This particular morning, we were down at the Amble estuary, and it was one of those classic overcast days, thick with mist rolling in off the water. Normally you might hope for clearer skies, but for these old boat wrecks sitting out on the mudflats, that mist actually did them a favour, giving the whole scene a bit of quiet atmosphere.
