Kicking off our roadtrip around Scotland on the Isle of Mull, we found the island delivered its usual dose of green fields and a decent amount of cloud cover, which honestly, is half the charm. Driving along, we spotted this Highland cow, completely unfazed by us or anything else, just getting on with its breakfast. It was a proper shaggy specimen, doing what Highland cows do best – grazing with a view. Had the water and some distant islands and hills as its backdrop, all under that classic Scottish sky. Not exactly a rare sighting, but always worth a photo when they’re posing so nicely, especially with that kind of scenery.
